Inventory Management helps you monitor stock levels, warehouse transfers, and material requisitions.

Accessing Inventory

Step 1: Go to Inventory → Warehouse Inventory

Interface Breakdown

  • Inventory Table: Item name, SKU, quantity, location
  • Action Buttons: Add, transfer, requisition, export

Managing Inventory

  • Add new items via Inventory → Products
  • Transfer stock between warehouses
  • Create material requisitions for internal use

Exporting Inventory

  • Click Export Inventory
  • Choose format: Excel or CSV

Mobile Usage

  • View inventory by warehouse
  • Tap to transfer or requisition items

Important Notes

  • Keep SKUs consistent for tracking
  • Link inventory to POs and bills for accuracy

Troubleshooting

  • Stock mismatch → Check PO and bill linkage
  • Transfer errors → Confirm warehouse permissions
