Set, assign, and track goals aligned to company objectives.

Accessing Objectives

  • Go to Performance → Objective OKR Score

Creating a Goal

  • Click Add Goal
  • Fill in details:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Assigned Employee
    • Deadline
    • Weight (optional)
  • Click Save

Updating Goals

  • Click goal title → Edit
  • Update progress or status
  • Add comments or attachments

Filtering & Exporting

  • Filter by employee, department, or status
  • Click Export Goals → Choose format (PDF/Excel)

Troubleshooting

  • Goal not saving → Check required fields
  • Progress not updating → Refresh or check permissions
