- Go to Performance → 1:1 Meetings

Scheduling a Check-in
- Click Schedule Check-in
- Select employee, date, and time
- Add agenda → Click Save

- Open scheduled check-in
- Fill in: Summary, action items, next steps
- Save or share notes
Troubleshooting
- Calendar not syncing → Check integration settings
- Notes not saving → Verify internet connection
