Accessing Check-ins

  • Go to Performance → 1:1 Meetings

Scheduling a Check-in

  • Click Schedule Check-in
  • Select employee, date, and time
  • Add agenda → Click Save

  • Open scheduled check-in
  • Fill in: Summary, action items, next steps
  • Save or share notes

Troubleshooting

  • Calendar not syncing → Check integration settings
  • Notes not saving → Verify internet connection
