Supported Gateways

CrmLeaf integrates with nine payment processors out of the box. Each gateway is wired with public payment page routes, server-side callback handling and webhook listeners, so the full lifecycle from the client clicking Pay to the transaction landing in your ledger is automatic.

Stripe includes Laravel Cashier for subscription and recurring billing, and PayPal supports recurring payments and Instant Payment Notification (IPN).

Built in

  • Nine gateways, each with public payment, callback and webhook routes
  • Stripe integration includes Laravel Cashier for subscription and recurring billing

  • Regional gateways such as Razorpay (India), Paystack (Africa) and PayFast (South Africa) cover local payment methods

Offline Payment Methods

Not every payment goes through a card processor. CrmLeaf lets you configure offline methods such as bank transfer, cash, cheque and custom methods, with an approval workflow so each payment is verified before it updates your books.

Built in

  • Add custom offline payment methods alongside the built-in options
  • An approval workflow ensures offline payments are reviewed before recording
  • Offline payments link to invoices and orders the same way gateway payments do
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Configurable approval

Per-Company Credentials

In a multi-tenant CrmLeaf setup, each company stores its own gateway API keys and merchant credentials at the company level, not in a shared environment file. Every account connects its own Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay merchant account.

That keeps funds, payouts and reporting completely separate between companies.

Built in

  • Gateway credentials are stored per company, not in a shared .env file
  • Each company brings its own Stripe, PayPal or other merchant account
  • Funds, payouts and transaction history are fully separated between tenants
  • Company-level credentials
  • Separate merchant accounts
  • Multi-tenant safe

Public Payment Pages

Every invoice and order in CrmLeaf generates a branded public payment page. Your client clicks the link, sees the amount and line items, picks a payment method and pays, with no CrmLeaf account and no login screen.

The page carries your company branding, so it looks like part of your business rather than a third-party tool.

Built in

  • Public branded payment pages on every invoice and order
  • The client sees line items and total, chooses a gateway and pays
  • No CrmLeaf login required; the page is public and authenticated by token
  • Company branding (logo, colours) carries through to the payment page
  • Branded with your logo
  • No client login required
  • Invoice and order links

Payment Recording & Reconciliation

Every payment, online or offline, is recorded centrally and linked to its originating document. A payment knows which invoice, order, credit note or project it belongs to, so reconciliation is a filter, not a spreadsheet exercise.

Partial payments, overpayments and refunds are all tracked against the same record.

Built in

  • Every transaction is recorded in a central payment register
  • Each payment is linked to its invoice, order, credit note or project
  • Handles partial payments, overpayments and refunds
  • Filter and export payment history for bookkeeping
  • Central payment ledger
  • Linked to invoice, order, credit note or project
  • Partial and over-payments

Multi-Currency Payments

Invoices and orders support multiple currencies. The payment gateway processes the charge in the invoice currency, and CrmLeaf records the transaction with the correct currency code and amount, with no manual conversion.

That removes rounding mismatches between your books and your processor.

Built in

  • Create invoices in any supported currency
  • The gateway charges in the invoice's currency
  • The payment is recorded with the correct currency code and amount
  • Eliminates rounding mismatches between CrmLeaf and the processor
  • Invoice-currency charges
  • Automatic currency recording
  • No manual conversion
